FAQs | Clean ACV
1. How do I take XEELA® Clean ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar)?
We recommend you take our ACV first thing in the morning, right when you wake up. Just take (2) capsules with a glass of water. You can take it with your first meal or on an empty stomach.
2. How many servings are there in a single bottle?
Each bottle of XEELA® Clean ACV contains 45 servings!
3. Does XEELA® Clean ACV contain the 'Mother Strain'?
Yes! Our process makes sure to keep the Mother Strain, along with all its benefits!
4. What is the 'Mother Strain' in ACV and why is it important?
Apple cider vinegar is made through a two-step process. First, yeast is added to apple juice to break down the sugars and turn them into alcohol. Then, bacteria is added, which converts the alcohol into acetic acid. This bacteria is what is known as the mother, because it is the catalyst that gives rise to the vinegar. Many store-bought apple cider vinegars have the mother removed because it gives the vinegar a cloudy appearance, which can lead some customers to believe that the product has gone bad. But this is not the case. In fact, the mother is the healthiest part! Our ACV contains the Mother strain in every single serving!
5. How does this differ from drinking Apple Cider Vinegar or taking a gummy version of it?
This is a great question! Let's begin with drinking Apple Cider Vinegar. Have you ever tried it? It's gross 🤢 ... but besides that, drinking ACV in liquid form damages your enamel (bad for your teeth 🦷)! Now moving on to a gummy version. These tend to contain a lot of sugar for such a small piece (about 2-3 grams on average). They recommend you take 2 gummies, 3 times a day. That's about 18g of sugar per day - the same as if you drink a can of Mini Coke. Not to mention, adding sugar to your diet (especially in the morning) will lead you down a road of sugary cravings and bad decisions. Seems counterproductive, if you ask us.

6. What does it mean to be "Clean"?
We are proud to call all of our products 'Clean' because we have taken it upon ourselves to go the extra mile to guarantee it. Every single batch we produce is sent, tested, approved, and verified by a third party completely independent of us. This organization is called the BSCG, or the Banned Substance Control Group. They are responsible for vetting and approving all 'Safe For Sport' supplements. This guarantees that our products are free from all banned substances, heavy metals, toxins, or any other excipient you definitely do not want to be putting into your body. Only a handful of supplement companies do this. We are proud to be one of the few who actually do.
