Zane went from 25.6% to 9.7% body fat!
Once before, Zane started his fitness journey, but ended up quitting and not following through the plan. This time, he stuck through this journey.
Zane’s been addicted to sweets and constant partying every weekend and was ready for a full change.
The overall change in lifestyle is one of the goals Zane was ready to take on and hit. Starting at 25.6% body fat, Zane wanted to reach 14% body fat, and smashed his goal in 7 months!
