Return Policy

Your satisfaction with our products is our #1 goal. We accept returns on items purchased directly from Xeela's website within 30 days of receipt. 

To start a return, visit our return portal here.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you purchased ‘Redo’ at checkout with your original order, the cost of your return label will be covered;
If you did not, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs to send back your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

A refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving your return.

Due to the nature of Natalie’s 8 Week Fitness Guide as a digital product, and our instant delivery process, all purchases of this product and other Digital Content Pieces sold by Xeela Fitness are non-refundable and non-cancelable.

 

Damages and Delivery Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please notify us ASAP at customercare@xeelafitness.com.
