I am starting my second order. I started seeing more definition toward the end of the first order. I wasn’t taking it after the workout (just didn’t read the directions thoroughly) and once I started taking after the workout, I could see a difference. Looking forward to more changes to come.

It’s really too early to tell. I’m not feeling a great boost when I take it prior to a workout – I’m taking it with about 4 ounces of water and not a real noticeable difference in energy level during my workout. I’m gonna keep trying.
Just got this… and I already know imma need a refill in the future, I’ve been taking it everyday and oh my goodness. My muscles already look more defined…. And I’m really thin so that’s a miracle!! The non flavor makes it so easy to mix into water and take it throughout the day or to just dry scoop it. It’s literally so easy. I’m pretty slow so I appreciate how beginner friendly it is:)

I mix it with a 4 oz shot of OJ and although it’s only been maybe a week, I’ve noticed a difference in my endurance and mental clarity. Can’t wait to see the long term effects! Woo! Xeela baby!!!💪�
Great results in just a week, but I’d recommend mixing it with room temperature water so it devolves better.
I'm just about to finish my first container of Xeela's creatine and honestly I can say it works. I've been using it consistently and have been noticing major gains and improvement in my workouts. Absolutely love that it's flavorless, too. Sometimes it doesn't dissolve all the way but I don't mind. Super important to use this consistently.
